Naveen S Menon is a Chartered Engineer and cybersecurity leader with 21+ years of experience across OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial automation, information security, ISMS and AI security governance. His work spans critical infrastructure sectors including Oil and Gas, Power, Water, Utilities, Chemicals and Manufacturing across India, the Middle East and APAC.

He holds the ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert certification — among the most rigorous credentials in industrial cybersecurity — alongside GICSP, CISM, CRISC, ISA CAP, ISO 42001 Lead Implementer, CAISO (AI Security) and CAIO (AI Governance). He is a GIAC Advisory Board Member, Board Member of the ISA Oman Section, District Collaboration Chair, and Standard Committee Member for ISA 99 (IEC 62443).

His engineering foundation spans PLC, SCADA and DCS engineering, system commissioning, advanced control, instrumentation and industrial automation — giving him direct operational experience that informs how he approaches cybersecurity in industrial environments.

He has led multi-year OT cybersecurity transformation programmes for critical infrastructure clients, built and managed cross-functional security teams, and delivered international sessions including a 230+ participant OT cybersecurity conference in Indonesia with BSSN and TÜV Rheinland. He is an active contributor to the ISA99/IEC 62443 community and a Senior Member of ISA with 15+ years of professional engagement.
